About the Event

The Chicago YIVO Society is pleased to co-sponsor this exciting panel on the Yiddish poet Avrom Sutzkever, organized by the University of Chicago as part of the Yiddish Ecologies Conference series. The April 7 panel, to be held on ZOOM, will feature presentations exploring ecological thought and image in the work of visionary poet and partisan fighter Avrom Sutzkever (1913-2010).

Speakers and topics will include:
